Frequently Asked Questions

What deposit do you charge?

To secure your requested date and time, you will need to pay a non-refundable £50 deposit by bank transfer. We will send you our bank details when you make your booking request. Your booking is secured once the balance is paid.

When is the balance due?

You must pay the balance of your package fee at least 30 days before your booking. Failure do so may result in your booking being cancelled.

Can I change my booking date?

You can change your date more than 30 days in advance of your booking, subject to availability. Changes more than 7 days in advance are entirely at the discretion of Nelly's Wonderland, although we'll always do our best to accomodate you.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes you can cancel at any time. Cancel more than 30 days in advance of the booking, and you will only lose your deposit. Less than 30 days and you will lose your balance payment. However, you can request a new date as long at it's more than 7 days in advance.

Can we use the equipment outdoors?

Our softplay equipment is designed for indoor and outdoor use, but please bear in mind it must be returned in the same condition as it was received. We strongly recommend that you do not use our equipment outdoors in bad weather.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to a 15 mile radius from Stafford Town Centre. See our delivery maps for more details. We charge £0.50 per mile for delivery and collection, and the first 5 miles each way are free.
