Booking terms and conditions
The deposit paid is non-refundable and in the event of a cancellation 30 days prior to the event an alternative date will be offered at the discretion of Nelly’s Wonderland.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event date will not be offered a refund or an alternative date.
Mileage charge - for an event within 5 miles of Stafford town centre is free. We then charge 50p per mile outside of this.
Shoes MUST be removed before using Nelly’s Wonderland soft play equipment.
Parents/guardians who enter the soft play area or walk over the padded floor tiles whilst supervising must remove their shoes, particularly heels. Any damage i.e. heel imprints may result in the Hirer having to pay an additional fee for replacement or repair.
For hygiene reasons, socks MUST be worn at all times.
Children and participants are to always be supervised by a fully responsible adult (over the age of 18) during Nelly’s Wonderland events.
Nelly’s Wonderland does not supervise the event.
The Hirer must ensure that all sharp objects, including but not limited to, badges, spectacles, earrings, jewellery etc. are removed prior to accessing the Soft Play to ensure it remains undamaged and in the same working condition as delivered.
No face paints (unless previously agreed and only if it is to be provided by a professional, insured face painter), or silly string to be used either on or near the soft play - staining may occur for which the Hirer will be liable.
In the event of rain ALL soft play and play equipment must be covered or taken indoors / under cover to prevent it from getting wet and water damage occurring.
Nelly’s Wonderland staff accept no liability for any damage, accidents or injuries that may occur whilst the equipment is on hire.
The amount and condition of soft play out on hire will be noted by a Nelly’s Wonderland staff member. Any costs incurred from repairing equipment damages or excessive equipment cleaning caused by misuse will be charged to the hirer, the cost of any missing equipment will also be charged to the hirer. If the hirer refuses to pay any charges incurred, legal action may be taken by Nelly’s Wonderland.
Nelly’s Wonderland aim to arrive at the arranged venue between 45 minutes – 1 hour before the scheduled time, however Nelly’s Wonderland can not be held responsible for situations out of our control that may contribute to or cause delays.
